Over two hours of original TV commercials and promotional films for Studebaker cars,
including the Lark, Hawk, and Avanti. Some great ads, including many TV promotional
clips from the old “Mr. Ed” TV show, where Studebaker spent a great deal of advertising
money between 1961-1963. Also seen are commercials with Eva and Zsa Zsa Gabor,
George Burns, and Alan Young, who portrayed Wilbur Post on “Mr. Ed”. And some
great promotional films of the revolutionary Avanti! Please note that the Studebaker
Corporation merged with Packard Corporation in the mid-1950’s, and they had many
TV ads where both cars were featured, but this DVD contains ONLY Studebaker ads.
