1991 GMC Syclone – Promotional Film (8 min)
The vehicle that stunned America, the vehicle that would dare to challenge the hallowed ground of the Z/28, Trans
Am, and Mustang, the vehicle that was bold enough to be mentioned in the same sentence as Ferrari and Corvette,
would come from none other than GMC. With a Turbo V6 under the hood and some serious chassis tuning, GMC
managed to create their own version of the Buick Grand National, but with the added advantage of all-wheel drive
traction, making the Syclone one of the most memorable vehicles in GM history.

1992 Buick Roadmaster – Promotional Film (8 min)
Before SUV’s became all the rage on American highways, Detroit manufacturers were touting station wagons. But
most were compact or mid-sized at best, not roomy enough for a large family. Buick decided the time was ripe to
re-introduce their queen of the American highway; the Buick Roadmaster. Introduced in 1991 as a wagon only, a
Roadmaster sedan was added to the lineup in 1992. The Roadmaster wagon could seat 8 and used the 5.7 liter V8.

1992 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight Royale LS – Promotional Film (8 min)
One of the most legendary nameplates in Oldsmobile history, the Eighty Eight (a.k.a “88”) was completely redesigned
in 1992, and would prove to be the last of the breed. The Eighty Eight was discontinued in 1999, and soon after GM
announced that they would be phasing out Oldsmobile as a division. The 1992 Eighty Eight Royale LS was a nice
looking car, and while it was a victim of “badge engineering”, it was still built with traditional Oldsmobile quality.

1992 Chevrolet Corvette Manufacturing – Promotional Film (11 min)
A fascinating promotional film showing the Corvette plant in Bowling Green, KY. This film was
targeted at the buyer, and shows the care, quality, and craftsmanship put into each Corvette.

1992 Chevrolet Corvette – Promotional Film (4 min)
A companion video to the film above, this is a standard Chevrolet promotional film
showing the various features and options of the 1992 Corvettes.

1995 Pontiac Bonneville – Promotional Film (5 min)
The complete redesign of the Pontiac Bonneville in 1992 proved to be a big hit with the American public, and Pontiac
changed the Bonneville very little over the next decade, finally discontinuing it in 2005. A full-sized car with excellent
handling and performance, aggressive styling, and a comfortable interior was the trademark of Pontiac Bonneville.

1997 Pontiac Grand Prix – Promotional Film (8 min)
The 1997 Grand Prix was completely restyled over the 1996 model, and Pontiac brought back their old “Wide-Track”
theme by using the new slogan “Wider Is Better”. The new 1997 Grand Prix offered many unique features, and
remained at the forefront of the mid-sized muscle car group.

1998 Pontiac Grand Prix – Promotional Film (11 min)
This promotional video is very similar to the 1997 Grand Prix film above, but in the second year of Grand Prix’s
successful redesign, and with very few changes from last year’s model, this video shows the Grand Prix on the
NASCAR circuit, and how the “Wider Is Better” design helped Pontiac win races.

1999 Buick Regal – Promotional Film (18 min)
Using the same platform as the Pontiac Grand Prix, the Buick Regal offered luxury with performance. The rare Regal
GS offered the same supercharged 3800 Series II V6 as the Pontiac Grand Prix, but the Regal styling was far more
conservative. This lengthy film was for the Buick sales force.

1999 Buick Riviera – Promotional Film (19 min)
After a one-year absence (there was no 1994 Riviera), the Riviera nameplate returned for 1995, sharing the same
platform as the Oldsmobile Aurora. Not many knew it at the time of this promo film, but 1999 would be the final year for
the legendary Buick Riviera nameplate. This promotional video is from the same series as the Buick Regal video
above, targeted at the Buick sales force, and covers all the features of the Riviera.  Still an eye-catching car today.

2001 Pontiac Firebird & Trans Am – Promotional Film (9 min)
Covering the Ram Air Trans Am as well as the base model, this short promotional video conveys the attitude of the
Ram Air cars quite effectively with some very aggressive cinematography. Looking like a junkyard dog, prowling the
city streets at night, there’s no mistaking the target market for these cars. This is actually 2 promotional films, each
around 4 min 45 sec, one has a narrator describing the features, the other is without commentary, just music.
